Con­di­tions of par­tic­i­pa­tion raf­fles
By par­tic­i­pat­ing in the com­pe­ti­tion, the par­tic­i­pant ful­ly accepts the fol­low­ing con­di­tions of par­tic­i­pa­tion.

1. the com­pe­ti­tion runs for the peri­od indi­cat­ed in the post­ing
2. all nat­ur­al per­sons over the age of 16 who meet the con­di­tions stat­ed in the post­ing are eli­gi­ble to par­tic­i­pate
3. all par­tic­i­pants are only allowed to enter the com­pe­ti­tion once. Mul­ti­ple entries do not increase the chance of win­ning and can lead to exclu­sion from the com­pe­ti­tion.
4. among all par­tic­i­pants we raf­fle the prize men­tioned in the post­ing
5. the win­ner will be deter­mined at ran­dom from among all legit­i­mate par­tic­i­pants, under exclu­sion of the pub­lic.
6. the win­ners will be noti­fied no lat­er than 5 days after the end of the com­pe­ti­tion.
7. the prize is to be col­lect­ed by the win­ner per­son­al­ly, unless oth­er mea­sures are com­mu­ni­cat­ed (e.g.: send­ing the prize by par­cel). To claim the prize, the win­ner must prove his/her iden­ti­ty by means of a valid pho­to ID.

Par­tic­i­pa­tion in the com­pe­ti­tion is free of charge. The win­nings can­not be redeemed for cash and must be con­sumed exclu­sive­ly in the form pro­vid­ed. Win­nings that have not been rec­ti­fied will be for­feit­ed with­out enti­tle­ment to com­pen­sa­tion, pro­vid­ed that the win­ner has report­ed back with­in three days and con­firmed the win.

If the prize has not been con­firmed with­in the three days, the prize will be for­feit­ed or the draw will be repeat­ed. The com­pa­ny will decide whether the draw will be repeat­ed.

The right to exclude par­tic­i­pants who vio­late these con­di­tions of par­tic­i­pa­tion with imme­di­ate effect is reserved. In this case, any enti­tle­ment to prof­its already acquired shall lapse. Par­tic­i­pants will be exclud­ed in any case if cir­cum­stances arise that give rise to the sus­pi­cion of manip­u­la­tion.
The employ­ees of M‑A-S Maschi­nen- und Anla­gen­bau Schulz GmbH and all per­sons involved in the con­cep­tion and imple­men­ta­tion of the com­pe­ti­tion are exclud­ed from par­tic­i­pa­tion in the com­pe­ti­tion.

M‑A-S Maschi­nen- und Anla­gen­bau Schulz GmbH reserves the right to change the con­di­tions of par­tic­i­pa­tion and rules for pro­mo­tions, prize com­pe­ti­tions and sweep­stakes at its own dis­cre­tion at any time with­out notice and with­out giv­ing rea­sons. M‑A-S Maschi­nen- und Anla­gen­bau Schulz GmbH is not liable for any infringe­ments of the law by par­tic­i­pants in the com­pe­ti­tion.
The legal process is exclud­ed.

A ran­dom draw will be held among all par­tic­i­pants who meet the con­di­tions at the noti­fied time. The prize can­not be redeemed in cash.

Par­tic­i­pa­tions made by oth­er means (e.g. by e‑mail) can­not be con­sid­ered. M‑A-S Maschi­nen- und Anla­gen­bau Schulz GmbH is not liable for dam­ages caused by errors, delays or inter­rup­tions in data trans­mis­sion, in the event of mal­func­tions of tech­ni­cal equip­ment and ser­vices, incor­rect con­tent, loss or dele­tion of data and virus­es.

If a com­ment is not vis­i­ble due to a tech­ni­cal defect on the part of Face­book, M‑A-S Maschi­nen- und Anla­gen­bau Schulz GmbH is not liable.
All women and men who are at least 16 years old and res­i­dent in Aus­tria at the time of their par­tic­i­pa­tion are eli­gi­ble. The award will take place only among those par­tic­i­pants who have a real per­son­al pro­file on Face­book. The win­ner will be drawn at ran­dom and informed by M‑A-S Maschi­nen- und Anla­gen­bau Schulz GmbH after the end of the com­pe­ti­tion in a per­son­al mes­sage or as a com­ment below the com­pe­ti­tion post­ing on the Face­book page. If the win­ner does not respond, the claim to the prize will expire after 3 days.

Can­cel­la­tion for good cause may occur in par­tic­u­lar if prop­er exe­cu­tion of the com­pe­ti­tion can no longer be guar­an­teed for tech­ni­cal or legal rea­sons.
