  • You act in the project busi­ness as oper­a­tional pur­chas­ing for machines and plants.
  • You pro­cure parts and plant com­po­nents of var­i­ous types in coop­er­a­tion with the inter­nal depart­ments (engi­neer­ing, project man­age­ment, ser­vice and after sales, pro­duc­tion).
  • You solic­it bids and assist with ven­dor selec­tion.
  • You nego­ti­ate prices as well as pur­chas­ing con­di­tions and are respon­si­ble for track­ing and arrang­ing deliv­ery dates.
  • You are an impor­tant link between sup­pli­ers and inter­nal depart­ments.
  • You main­tain pro­cure­ment trans­ac­tions in the ERP sys­tem.

Requirements

  • Com­plet­ed com­mer­cial and/or tech­ni­cal train­ing
  • Sev­er­al years of pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence desired
  • Indus­try and mar­ket knowl­edge is an advan­tage
  • MS Office skills
  • Expe­ri­enced han­dling of ERP sys­tems
  • Eng­lish spo­ken and writ­ten

In this key posi­tion, you will report direct­ly to the Head of Pur­chas­ing.

The gross annu­al salary for this posi­tion is EUR 49,000.00 and above. Of course, depend­ing on qual­i­fi­ca­tions and expe­ri­ence, an over­pay­ment in line with the mar­ket is offered.
